We are partially available on Saturdays and take Sundays off to recharge for the week ahead. We have two locations: USA and India. Most of the email coding work is done in India +GMT 5:30 hrs. Please note that price estimate and delivery timelines may vary depending on the project complexity. If the price differs from the one displayed on the website you will be contacted and given the option to either complete your order at the new price or cancel your order. We authorize your card but we charge after we deliver the work. We try to deliver the work on or before the committed delivery time, however due to any reason like requirement clarity, no access to ESP or files, or long response time from the client etc, the delivery may take longer. You will not hold us responsible for the delay in the work or delay in your email scheduled delivery date due to these reasons or other reasons beyond our control. We give full refund if you are not happy with our work or delivery time. We have some no-go zones like sites promoting female nudity, alcohol, recreational cannabis, etc. and if your site belongs to our no go zones we will inform you and we will not charge. By submitting your request, you agree with this whole policy and also agree to indemnify and hold Commerzilla harmless from any claims or demands.
